Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

  • To request a return, email admin@hxmphouse.com with your order details.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos (if applicable) and we’ll make it right.
